Click and collect is available on all orders - please place your order as normal and choose 'Click & Collect' at the Checkout.
We will process your order and contact you when available to collect from our Distribution Warehouse:

Orders less than 8kg will be posted out via Royal Mail 48hr at a cost of £3.49 (including VAT)
Heavy Deliveries:
Orders over 8kg will be posted out via DPD at a standard charge of £7.49 (including VAT)
Orders over 25kg will be posted out via DPD at a standard charge of £14.98 (including VAT)
Orders over 50kg will be posted out via DPD at a standard charge of £22.47 (including VAT)
Orders over 75kg will be posted out via DPD at a standard charge of £29.96 (including VAT)
Order by 12 noon to get next day delivery via DPD or Royal Mail at a standard charge of £7.49 (including VAT).
Express delivery is also available on 'Heavy' deliveries at an additional £1.00 (including VAT) to the rates quoted above.
Please note our cut off time for next day delivery is 12 noon.
If you order on a Friday before 12 noon your parcel should be delivered on Monday (unless Bank holiday), orders placed after this time, over the weekend and on Bank Holidays, will be processed on the next working business day for delivery the following day.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Services are NOT available on orders outside of mainland UK
We DO NOT offer express delivery to the following places:

Orders that are not received must be reported no later than 14 days after the expected delivery date, any later and this may result in any claim being invalid.
Any orders despatched with DPD with more than 2 failed delivery attempts (no answer etc) will be returned to us for a refund MINUS the delivery charge.
