RESTORATIVE MASSAGE: Add 4-6 drops of Nuage Vapour Oil into running bath water to dilute to release the therapeutic fragrance. Soak for at least 20 minutes, breathe deeply and relax.
RESTORATIVE BATH: Add 5 drops of Nuage Vapour Oil into a suitable massage carrier oil to dilute. Massage into neck, back and /or chest, relax and breath easier.
ROOM DECONGESTANT: Place water in a burner, add 5 drops of Nuage Vapour Oil to dilute, place tealight into burner and light to gently infuse any room in your home with a soothing fragrance. Relax and breathe easier.
